Under Mónica’s guidance and supervision, you’ll follow a comprehensive program designed to support deep healing, detoxification and self-discovery.

Your retreat package includes daily fresh supplies to accommodate your detox program, e.g., potentiated plasma, distilled water, fresh coconut water, fruit juices, or fruit/plant based meals – all raw, and free of salt, sugar, and oil.

All bungalows are within walking distance of our raw vegan restaurant, sauna, and several scenic waterfalls (free entrance to the national park included).

Your days begin with early morning breathwork and movement exercises, followed by regular full body rubs or bathing sessions with potentiated plasma (orin), and options for other activities like nature hikes, dancing, singing and music making, raw vegan meal preparation, and creative crafts & art sessions, carefully chosen to support the process.

Your bungalow features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a comfortable sofa, a private bathroom with hot shower, a kitchen corner equipped with a refrigerator and essential kitchen utensils, and fast 1Gbps/1Gbps fiber internet access. The bungalow includes both air conditioning and ceiling as well as floor fans, a large balcony with complete privacy, and breathtaking mountain or waterfall views.
